• EXEcutive director - julie dickerson

    Julie has been the Executive Director for over 11 years.  Her family has owned and operated the camp for over 30 years and she has grown up learning the operations from her parents.  Her heart and passion to serve are evident in her management style.   She is responsible for the oversight of the entire camp operation, as well as the drafting and executing of all contracts with our groups.

  • CAMP DIRECTORS - MARK & BRENDA FRAHM

    Mark and Brenda have been involved in the camp for over 20 years.   They are the point of contact for the group in the planning of schedules, dietary needs, and all on-site needs during a group’s stay with the camp.  Mark and Brenda share the role of Food Service Director and Mark

    has his food manager’s license issued by the State of Arizona.  Mark also oversees all of the facilities and maintenance at Pine Summit.

  • FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR - JOEL FRAHM

    Joel spent many years of his childhood at Pine Summit Camp, as his parents were the Camp Managers in the 1990’s.  After over 10 years of experience in large kitchens on the East Coast, Joel promoted to Executive Chef at a fine dining restaurant in Maine.  Desiring a change in pace, Joel moved back to Prescott and has embraced the role as Food Service Manager at Pine Summit.

  • EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & HR MANAGER - STACY DICKERSON

    Stacy has been involved at Pine Summit for 20 years, starting as a teenager and spending most summers up in Prescott.  She assists Julie, as well as Mark and Brenda, with many daily tasks.  She fields inquiries from new and returning groups and maintains communication with Accounts Payable.  Stacy also handles all Human Resource functions, such as payroll, insurance, and employee relations.
